Finance and Administration Shared Services is devoted to building effective, strategic campus partners. We endeavor to provide the highest level of functionality, expertise, efficiency, and service to our campus clients.

Our Story
Finance and Administration Shared Services was created in July of 2016, initially pulling together four University of Oregon units' administrative functions – Utilities and Energy, Facilities Services, Design and Construction, and the University of Oregon Police Department. Between 2016 to present, our supported units have expanded to a total of 15 across the administrative organizations of Campus Planning and Facilities Management, Safety and Risk Services, and Campus Services.
Services are provided via our Service Partnership Agreements (SPA’s) which are updated on an annual basis. These agreements form the basis of FASS and have adjusted as the service offerings of the unit have been defined.
Additionally, FASS runs two university-wide services – Campus Stores and Campus Mail. Campus Mail was added to the unit portfolio in 2019 and combined into a new, comprehensive program with Stores in 2020. Currently, FASS has more than 40 full-time employees plus multiple student positions dedicated to providing efficient and effective administrative services to its campus clients.
